Tasty Treat for Breakfast Diners
Sandy Park welcomed nearly 70 delegates to the first b2b Breakfast since the award-winning stadium reopened after its multi-million pound redevelopment.
As well as being able to see the new facilities at the home of the Exeter Chiefs, attendees enjoyed a hearty full English breakfast and an insightful talk by guest speaker Jon-Paul Hedge.
Mr Hedge, the recently appointed editor of the Exeter Express & Echo, spoke on the topic “Disruption to business: a potential disaster or catalyst for change”, which sparked an interesting discussion on the changing face of media and journalism.
He also exclusively talked about potential developments of the Express & Echo, with plans in motion to publish the newspaper more regularly and for a tablet edition of the paper.
The next b2b breakfast coincides with b2b@SandyPark, Sandy Park’s business exhibition. Returning for its second year, b2b@SandyPark is a unique business to business opportunity for companies to showcase their products and services, meet new contacts and develop new opportunities.
In addition to the exhibition, there will be a packed line-up of seminars, which already includes Michael Wilkinson (Investment Manager of Crowdcube) and Yasmina Siadatan (winner of The Apprentice 2009), and other events taking place throughout the day.
Exhibition stands start from as little as £195+VAT and a range of packages are available to suit different business needs.
B2b@SandyPark will be open to all from 10am-5pm and entry is free of charge.
